These terms govern your use of the AM Sprachschule website and your enrolment in our German language courses in Pasewalk, Germany.

1. Use of this website

The content on this site is provided for information purposes. You may not copy, republish or reuse our text, images or course materials without written permission.

2. Course applications

Submitting the admission form is a request for a place, not a confirmed booking. A place is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation. Course start dates, levels and schedules may change if minimum group sizes are not reached.

3. Fees and payment

Course fees, payment methods and deadlines are communicated in your confirmation. Fees must be paid before the course start date unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to amsprachschule@gmail.com. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance of the course start date the request is received, as set out in your confirmation.

5. Attendance and conduct

Students are expected to attend regularly and to behave respectfully towards teachers and classmates. We may exclude a student from a course for serious or repeated misconduct.

6. Certificates

Course completion certificates are issued for satisfactory attendance and participation. They are not a substitute for an official external examination certificate.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or error free. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by German law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
